Cancellation & Booking Policy

Please read before booking in your appointments.

By booking in with iBrow Designer you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Booking & Cancellation policy.

• For all cosmetic tattooing appointments, we require a $100 deposit to secure and book in your service .If you do not show up on the day of your appointment this $100 deposit will be deducted. If you show up on the day of your treatment it will be used towards your booking as a credit.
• If you reschedule or cancel within 24 hours, you are required to pay 50% of the total amount of your booked in service.
• Unfortunately if you are over 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled.
